The Houston-based Pulse EFT Association today announced the joint development with MasterCard International of Signature Points, a rewards program Pulse will offer to member financial institutions that issue debit MasterCards and use Pulse as their transaction processor. Pulse members' participating cardholders will earn points by paying for purchases using their signature-based debit cards.
