NSW: Four killed on NSW roads

SYDNEY, Jan 13 AAP - A motorcyclist died in a collision with a car in Sydney's south-westtonight, the fourth fatality on NSW roads today.

A police spokesman said the accident occurred at the intersection of Townview Roadand Wakelin Road, Mt Pritchard, about 6.45pm (AEDT).

The age and sex of the motorcyclist is not known at this stage.

The accident has closed Townview Road between Cabramatta Road and Elizabeth Drive,and police expect the road to remain closed for several hours, the spokesman said.

An elderly man was also killed earlier today after a head-on car collision on the state'snorth coast.
